Education 1221: Health, Nutrition, and Safety in Early Childhood Education
Students will examine research regarding safe and healthy learning environments for young children. Early childhood education regulations, policies, and risk management will be reviewed, and inequities related to health, safety, and nutrition will be critically examined. Students will create learning experiences for young children from course content.
