If you are a distance student who has been out three or more consecutive semesters, you will need to submit a Former Graduate Student Refresh Registration Eligibility Form to update your record. The form should be emailed to the Registrar's Office. Make sure to cc stgrad@mst.edu when you send it, so we have a copy for our records. All future enrollment/registrations should be done online through Joe'SS. When registration is completed, appropriate billing is processed through the Missouri S&T Cashiers Office on their regular billing schedules.
Please note: If you've been out less than three consecutive semesters, you do NOT need to reapply or submit any forms. You should still be able to register for classes in Joe'SS and continue with your program. If you run into problems registering, you might have an enrollment hold on your account. Students must have an advising session each semester before a hold will be lifted. More information is available here: How to Find Out What Holds are on Your Account.
