You’re here because you believe in human potential. You have a knack for identifying talent others don’t readily see. Now, it’s time to gain the knowledge and credentials you need to apply your hard-earned wisdom to complex management settings. If you’re ambitious, if you’re ready to lead, the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T)’s graduate certificate in systems of human capital management is right for you.

This 100% online program consists of 12 credit hours — four core courses — that you can complete in two years or less. The certificate can be combined with other innovative online graduate certificates from the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering or serve as a standalone credential. Many students go on to earn a master of science in systems engineering or engineering management after finishing a graduate certificate.

Pathway to a Master's Degree

Are you a working professional who wants to earn your master's degree, but you don’t have time to take the GRE/GMAT? Then start in a graduate certificate program. Graduate certificates were designed as a pathway to a master's degree.* The admission requirements are more relaxed and credit earned will count toward your degree. Once you successfully earn your graduate certificate, you can continue with the corresponding master's degree without having to take the GRE/GMAT.
